I tried this yesterday. Hubby suggested trying something with Cajun seasoning for our shrimp meal.

Ususally I make a tempura batter and deep fry them, I suggested adding the cajun seasoning to my batter, but Hubby said no batter, so my gooogle search came up with this recipe

My personal assessment was this was   “2 pink forks” . I like shrimp, I like Cajun spicy food, I did not like them in this combination. Hubby seemed to like it better.  There were only a couple pieces left, so I have to say he gave it “4 pink forks”.

I am pretty sure he will ask for it again…
